Revised...Building Up or Tearing Down?
It has come to my attention that the content of this post might be triggering for some and thus perhaps not appropriate for this blog so I have pulled this post and will repost a revised version more appropriate to the audience here at a later date.
I wanted to comment on your paragraph here (and no, I didn't get to read the original post), but I didn't comment because, for the most part, I'm a mind-my-own-biz kinda gal. Yet, here I am. *sigh*
This is your space. Claim it, honey. Post a trigger warning if you like, but I think you would not have posted it to begin with if it had not been important to you. If someone else has a problem with it, then that is THEIR problem. Just sayin...
I'm glad you dropped by and I"m glad you left this comment...and you are absolutely correct! Thanks for reminding me about this...:)
Part of my reasoning had to do with it was sensitive information that made me vulnerable and I was not up for hurtful comments. So I pulled it partly to avoid "triggering" others who are sensitive to childhood abuse issues AND because I realized I wasn't ready to be that vulnerable to the rest of the world.
Really - thank you for stoppin' by and speaking up!
Thank you for joining the conversation! Your comments and feedback are welcome; the only "rule" for posting here is that all are respected. :)
I will do my best to keep this blog spam and porn free without having to resort to moderation of all comments. Please contact me if you notice inappropriate postings. nolongeravictim1@gmail.com
IF YOU ARE POSTING LINKS IN YOUR COMMENTS THEY WILL BE TREATED AS SPAM AND DELETED UNLESS I KNOW YOU AND YOUR WORK.
